Phases Family Support's Crescent Moon Fund Program
assists families who are going through a tough phase of
life. We will assist with the cost of unexpected expenses
up to $250. Some examples include auto emergency,
medical emergency, household repairs, natural disaster
expenses, etc.
* Only unexpected expenses qualify.
Recipients will be chosen based on
individual circumstances and
availability.
