New Moon Packs

Phases Family Support's Full Moon Food Pack Program provides free boxes of food, including nonperishable breakfast, lunch and snack items, to students in grades K-8. Prepacked boxes will be provided monthly for June, July and August for families who cannot financially provide enough food for their children.  Phases Family Support will deliver to the child's school during the first week of the month to meet with parent/guardian or designated person at a prearranged time to pick up.

Phases Family Support is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization and all food and funding comes from donations from individuals, businesses and foundations.

Eligibility: Child in grade K-8 and you are not financially able to provide enough food for them.

Terms of Enrollment:

-Enrollment is for the child/ren listed below for the summer following 2022/23 school year.

-I understand that I may start or stop receiving Full Moon Food Packs at any point during the summer.

-Phases Family Support has my permission to contact the school to confirm any allergies.

-I understand that I have to meet a volunteer at the school once a month to pick up the packs.
